Otium Logistics is hiring a serious, organized, people-centered, and disciplined Director of Driver Relations, Development & Compliance to lead the full driver experience from first contact through onboarding, compliance readiness, retention, development, issue resolution, and long-term growth. This is not a basic recruiter role. This role protects the driver pipeline, driver relationship, driver experience, and driver development path.

Position Overview

Otium Logistics is a movement infrastructure company building a disciplined driver-to-owner ecosystem rooted in protection, safety, ownership, service, family, and legacy.
The Director of Driver Relations, Development & Compliance will help build, protect, and develop Otium’s driver base. This role makes sure drivers are properly contacted, qualified, onboarded, documented, supported, retained, developed, and handed off correctly to Safety, Revenue, and Operations.
Key responsibilities include managing the driver pipeline, maintaining professional driver communication, supporting onboarding, collecting required documents, coordinating with Safety & Compliance, tracking driver issues, supporting driver retention, helping drivers grow toward owner-operator readiness, and submitting weekly driver reports.
The law of this role is:
No driver left floating. No driver without a file. No driver without status. No driver without follow-up. No driver without compliance review. No driver moved forward without clearance.
This role is both firm and supportive. Drivers deserve respect. The company requires standards. The mission requires both.
