Otium Logistics is hiring a serious, disciplined, and highly organized Chief Growth Officer / Growth Execution Leader to turn vision into execution. This role supports growth strategy, systems, KPIs, hiring, meetings, trackers, department accountability, and leadership follow-up. This is a command-level role for someone who can build under pressure.
Position Overview
Otium Logistics is a movement infrastructure company building a disciplined driver-to-owner ecosystem rooted in safety, ownership, service, family, and legacy.
The Chief Growth Officer / Growth Execution Leader will help turn Otium’s company vision into structured execution. This role is responsible for helping leadership organize growth priorities, build systems, track KPIs, support hiring, manage projects, document meetings, follow up on action items, and hold departments accountable.
This is not a casual assistant role. This is not a basic admin role. This is not a role for someone who needs to be chased.
The right person must be able to take a big vision and break it into systems, trackers, KPIs, hiring plans, meeting notes, action items, deadlines, department goals, revenue projects, leadership reports, implementation timelines, and execution follow-up.
The law of this role is:
Track it. Own it. Clock it. Prove it. Close it.
This role helps make sure the vision does not stay as an idea. It must become written plans, clear owners, company systems, team accountability, daily execution, weekly reporting, revenue progress, and long-term growth steps.
